Overview
CodePager provides agent-native incident paging and control-plane software for developers, operators, and teams running watchdogs, coding agents, production automation, and autonomous jobs. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it to operate and protect the service.
Information We Collect
We collect account information such as email address, display name, login provider identifiers, session state, and billing references. We also collect project configuration, agent metadata, policy settings, incident records, heartbeat evidence, proof artifacts, and operator actions needed to provide the service.
To protect CodePager and its users, we collect security and abuse-prevention signals such as hashed IP identifiers, user agent data, device and browser characteristics, session events, login attempts, request metadata, and risk decisions. We do not intentionally store passwords in plain text, raw payment card data, or provider access tokens in product tables.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, provision accounts and projects, process billing, receive and display agent signals, evaluate policies, create incident timelines, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, debug reliability issues, and improve the product.
Service Providers
We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, billing, email delivery, analytics, security, support, and operational tooling. These providers process information only as needed to support CodePager.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, preserve incident history, maintain audit trails, and protect against abuse. Some logs and security signals may be retained after account closure when necessary for fraud prevention, compliance, or service integrity.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal, billing, or operational reasons.
Contact
For privacy questions, contact CodePager through the support channel available in the application or by emailing the address listed in your account or billing records.
