Terms of Service

Last updated: May 15, 2026

Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of CodePager, including the website, application, APIs, agent integrations, incident workflows, and related services. By using CodePager, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use CodePager to configure projects, agents, policies, routes, heartbeats, incident records, and escalation workflows. You are responsible for the systems you connect, the data you send, and the policies or automations you configure.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, credentials, agent keys, and connected systems. You must not share credentials publicly, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use CodePager to attack, overload, or monitor systems without authorization.

Incident and Automation Data

CodePager is designed to preserve operational evidence, incident history, policy changes, and security audit trails. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you submit is lawful and appropriate for the service.

Billing

Paid plans, if any, are billed according to the pricing and checkout terms presented at purchase. Payments, subscriptions, invoices, refunds, and tax handling may be processed by third-party billing providers.

Availability

CodePager is built for reliability, but no hosted software is perfect. You remain responsible for your own production safeguards, backups, security controls, and emergency procedures. Do not rely on CodePager as your only safety mechanism for critical systems.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of CodePager after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
